Just been to a garrage to look at a Citroen Saxo Vtr that i might be buying, it was looking good until i took the oil cap off & found loads of creamy gunk, I spoke to the bloke & he said because the cars in the garrage are sat there for a long time, condensation builds up, is this true? Or is it headgasket? Thanks.
