I'm sorry I missed the oil bit, donno how I read it 3 times lol.
I see the theory in the head gasket now.
However, I'd still check plugs and coil pack, if you have a Compression tester handy yourself then do that while you have the plugs out, if not make sure it's not plugs or Coil pack before you go paying for a Test to be done.
