   driving along yesterday after coming off the motorway and noticed what sounded like a flat tyre or something knocking off my wheel. had a look and no flat tyre and nothing knocking off the wheel as I can see. the driving ever since has felt extra bump and uncomfortable. I noticed my body kit is not clipped in i was wandering is this what could be knocking but surely that would not make the drive feel extra bumpy?????
   
   any help please guys???

   but it doesnt cost much to repair you mite some one on here selling some

   to check track rod ends jack the car up at the front. and pull the wheel side to side, not so the whole wheel moves just enogh to feel for play.
   
   with the arb links just give a little tug on the arb to feel for play

   it was loose wheel nuts lol tightend up now thanks guys
