carbon sheets.

   I am looking for some carbon sheets to make some interior panels out of but can only find the 1mm ones on e-bay in tiny sheets. I am not bothered about cutting as we have a cnc-laser cutter at work that will cut them easily just cant find any carbon with a decent size or thickness.
   
   Can any one recommend some or a company i can buy full sheets of pre-preg carbon?

   have you been in contact with streamlinecarbon?
   
   also kamracing do carbon items.. might be worth asking them?
   
   Dont think either of them sell of the shelf sheets of carbon, but im sure they could make/get some made for you

   yeah mate stream line carbon wont supply me with a sheet big enough due to Possible damage in postage I am wanting a 1200mm X 1200mm sheet and not tried kam racing yet ill give them a bell in the morning.
   
   any one else have any ideas?

   Sorted mate, The second company http://www.carbonology.com can do me 2 large door cards but not cut it in half for £200 inc vat.
   
   They can also give me trade discount if I order it through work.
   
   Any one know any other cheaper places

   Would buying the materials and making the laminate yourself out of the question? Not sure what you intend to use it for but it may work out slightly cheaper for you

   trade discount should help too

   Nope its impossible as i have no auto clave and i don't have a vacuum bag system without these two its pretty much impossible to get perfect strong pinhole free carbon.
