washer trouble

I am attempting to lower my saxo but cant get the offset washer out that is in front of the torsion bar,any help on wot to do would be grateful thanks.

clean it over and over again with a small screw driver and plenty of wd40. Try to keep moving it about. If not then use hammer and a screwdriver and try to tap it out. just takes a lot of patience mate. If you think getting them out is hard then good luck with the torsion bars can be a right bastard if you not done them before.
