heater fan not working

   Ok I looked through the manual replaced the fuse its not that the rear heated screen still works so it can't be that. I checked inside behind the stereo and the switch has 4 wires going into the switch so I think that's right but there is a white wire with a metal connector loose I was wondering if it was that but i don't know where its from.
   
   So far this forum has been amazing to me and saved my ass so much.
   
   So far I'm not too sure if its the switch the wiring or the heater fan and I'm not too sure on what to do to fix it

   Get altenater checkd.. Iff not do the trick with the brown wires under the steering columb

   i went to do the trick with the brown wires under the steering but the brown wires were not there.. i did see the red ones however.. is there any other way?

   its magically fixed itself.. must be a loose wire or something lol
