help.... vtr keeps popping out of reverse!

   more than likely gear linkage mate if not the box mesh in the box could b fucked

   even if it is the box you are talking 200 quid tops for a second hand box fitted but even then the vtr box is very poor so you have the chance to upgrade to a lower ratio box such as the xsi/vts/s1-2 rallye

   Most likely a linkage, even if its the box you can get one of here for about £60.

   Cool, I'll get a linkage first then and if it is the box I'll get one and fit it. I'll let you no how it gose, fingers crossed lol

   before you go out and get a linkage, just make sure its secured on properly.. one of mine was unsecured before, made the gears a bit loose lol
