21mm torsion bars with 155lb springs??

    worth getting 21mm springs with 155lb faulkner fronts? will be using bilstein b8's al round

    I recently did some research into this. From what I've read, I'd say you want 170lb+ springs to match 21mm bars.

    Would be better off with GrpN dampers at the rear for 21mm bars.

    You could use 155lb springs but it will be far from balanced and its optimum handling.

    Id look at 185lb spring/190lb although at these sort of lb of srping you wont be able to lower your car as much if at all.

    Id also not recconmend 185lb springs with B8s.

    I ran 21mm torsion bars with gmc 40mm springs (160-170lb?) and it felt spot on.

    I'd say it should be fine, wouldn't be the end of the world to fit it all, find out you need to go stiffer at the front, so sell the 155lb and fit some 170 springs.

    Play around with the tyre pressures, and the rear arb size too

    I'm running 23mm bars with proper grp n Tarmac billys and std front suspension and it's fine, lifts the inside rear all the time.
