   I rate the bosch super 4s for a standard engine. Just runs smoother. No real difference in spark plugs unless your running turbo/supercharger or nitrous. Or a highly tuned N/A engine on race fuel.

   I always use Bosch standards, FR7DC+ ones. £5.80 from Halfords on trade

   i also use bosch super 4's £20 to any average person and i dont seem to have issues with them

   Another one for the NGK R plugs, seems to work fine.
