vts problem?

   hi guys just got my vts bk on the road and untill now started having a problem i went to overtake someone the otherday in 2nd gear and she died for a moment and fired bk up on her own, it seems to be ok when driving normal but as you all know you can drive these cars normal lol thing is i put another fuelpump in around febuary which i got from a breakers so im hoping its not this please help cheers guys

   Is it when you pin it without warning?
   
   Mine does it due to over fueling, as you stamp the pedal down it over fuels and chokes the Engine.

   Ive had a similar problem with mine and when i boot without warning and also when going up through the gears and giving it full i get large pops out of it unexpectingly so i went to a saxo place round where i live and he said to me it sounds like an electrical fault... threw a new coil pack on it. Bang was good as new and he said just drop me off some money when you can somaybe thats worth trying ?

   cheers mate ill give that a go breakers yards anygood for that sort of thing?

   Yea they should be mate, just keep an eye out for vts' coming in and take the coil pack from it, i left my mate £30 for one but it was basically new and i was being generous, you should be able to get one for about £20
