MOT Failures ><

My car failed it's MOT the other day, and I was wondering if anyone could shed some light as to whether these are easy fixes etc?

I've been quoted by the garage £350 to fix everything, which includes a refurbished axle as apparently mine's shot (though I feel/see/hear no symptoms tbh) due to it being lowered excessively (their words).

Oh and ignore the emissions parts, it went in with a decat pipe.

Is this a good deal, or am I getting mugged?

Thats a good deal mate, imho because rear axles are around that price on their own & if everythings genuine & not just a rear beam (without any refurbishment)then yes go for it,the other failures are minor really.

That's my worry, I don't want their idea of 'refurbished' to be one from a scrappy that's been cleaned up or something as I hear that they're likely to just bust again within a year? :/
