Got an S reg Mk1 VTS with ABS.
I recently replaced an O/S driveshaft and strut because the hole where the ball joint goes was worn n knocking around when going over rough road.. The wheel bearing was away on the new strut so had a new one fitted and it lasted 4 days, thought it was a faulty one so replaced it again and this one lasted 3 days.. I matched the driveshaft with the old one n they seemed identical.
I took the strut from a Mk2 VTR with ABS and noticed that there is 2 different bearings for the VTR's, the first one was too big by 1 or 2mm so got the other one. Just made me wonder if there is a difference in struts atol?
Cheers
