steering pump

   the steering pump has gone on my vtr would that be an mot failure?
   also wheres cheap to get one from?

   yes it is, mine failed it last year, pick one up from a scrapper

   im looking round now for a pump and see thats theres 2 different ones
   one with a short bottle and then one with a pipe going to a bottle
   will it matter what one i get or can i just remove the bottles and change them over
