I've had a bit of a search around, but cant find out, is it possible to spray the insert in an angel eye headlight?

    Thanks

i'd imagine so, mine were already tinted but it looks similar to the original headlights where you just spray an insert

ahh ok, i know you can buy them silvered or black, but if i can get a decent set of silvered ones for not tooo much that i can spray then i'll be happy

is it mk1 or mk2 youre after? tbh to save the hassle i'd just go for smoked ones in the first place

go for the standard angels and smoke them yourself then i'd wait to see if anyones done it first though aswell cos it may not even be possible lol

    I dont think you can

angel eye lense is plastic, not glass (mk 2 anyways - not sure on the mk 1)

to "seperate" in the oven will melt it...

ive not had a problem before mate as you dont leave the gun on the plastic long enough to melt as the glue goes soft after a few seconds

yea bit of a pian not being glass tho as you cant use the oven to get a nice clean all round heat to just pop off the lense and same in reverse, i normally have to usenew glue when putting them back together but half of thats for peice of mind
