Important! : Headlight AIM too low = MOT FAIL

  1. #1
Put my car in for MOT and failed because the aim on the headlights were too low.

What can I do to get it to pass?

(do not say use the little scrolly thing underneath the steering wheel as this doesn't help pass it and still too low)

when i worked in a mot garage they never failed a car on lights too low they just adjust them for you guess its a strict garage
but it used to just be some kind of screw on the lights the adjusts them
dont know if its the case on a saxo

if u have headlight leveling there should be a switch on the lower right hand side of the steering collum where you and adjust the level of the beam.

cant you adjust the motorised bit on the headlight? think there is a bit for an allen key that you can adjust - not 100% though
