Anyone a dab hand at lowering? need help!

   Right, want to lower my vtr 60 at the front and 55 at the back...not sure im brave enough to tackle this myself, anyone on here from essex who would be able to help? as id imagine that would be cheaper than a garage
   Going for coilovers, also think i should uprate rear shocks too, is that worth doing do you think?

   I can do it for you buddy. £90 including fitting your front springs.
   
   I'm located near Gatwick but i'm sure many people can tell you i'm worth the drive. Your torsion bar is done the correct way and not the notch way, meaning i can do the rear to -55mm exactly.
