Carbon Fibre badges - what to use to stick them down ?

  1. #1
I'm in the stages of doing my bump strips gloss black on my posi VTR.

I did it on the car with some delicate masking and its turned out better than i thought.

I bought some new badges from ebay, the carbon fibre look ones with white VT and R in red.

My question is whats the best glue to use to stick them down. Im assuming an every day super glue would degrade over time with the cold weather and moisture or am i wrong ? Cheers

a better option is tigerseal, people use it to stick vt kit arches on so you know its strong, drying time of 24 hours

If it can hold on a bodykit, it will definitely stick on a badge

It's like silicone the way it comes in a tube and is exactly what you need..

Arradite is obviously two part and fiddly..

I'd say tigerseal is probly stronger too, I've fitted rub strips with it in the past and it dosent let go ever.
