    Hey Guys

I'm deslatting and spraying my grill, and it's all turned out well so far. Primer went on a treat. Paint went on a treat, and I just got round to lacquering it and I accidently sprayed it on too thick and its got a big drip on it that has now dried :/

I'm gutted it's ruined all my hard work. Does anyone know what I should do next??

    All help appreciated.

wont a t cut take the top layer of laquer off, maybe just enough to remove the drip

I've wet 'n' dried it but it's taken all the gloss from the black. (it was black paint) now it looks slightly grey, so shall I add another coat of black??

Make sure the lacquer is off before adding a coat of black

best off smoothing it down and redoing the black again, just do very light coats of lacquer letting it dry between coats coz it runs really easily

Having wet sanded it, just redo the lacquer, it will go black again

I'm pretty dog shit at spraying, but i'd say extremely light coats is best, i always make this mistake in rushing shit.

Leave it to dry fully for a few days then just sand off the drip with some 1500 grit wet& dry, then carry on laquering.

Cheers guys. I've wet sanded the drip with 1200 and its nice and smooth. So I shall just lacquer it really thinly? I hope the black really does go black again :/

Yep, just more laquer over the top.
