Really bad knocking noise!

   Hi guys I've had my car looked at because I've got a really bad knocking noise on the front but they can't find the problem , the only thing that hadn't been checked is the gbox mounts and engine mounts , it knocks on both sides and I can feel it through my feet , also a big knock when changing from 1st to second quite quickly . Can anyone help

   You tried your drop links mate ?

   They were checked mate yeah and seemed fine , it was only looked at under axle stands , might have to bite the bullet and get it in the garage
