#2You're a wolly lmao.
Sold your wheels without more to use, ooohh dear....
Use some wood, put that wheel on anyway. -
#3lol, i can be a fuckin idiot sometimes! whered u put the wood?? its gunna be a week so i need it strong lol
-
#4when i put mine on bricks stcked up it wasnt very sterdy at all infact it dropped on floor a couple times i wouldnt suggest it at all
-
#6HAHA THAT PHOTO!!!!! nah man i really havent planned this put at all have I?
-
#7axel stands would be okay for a bit i woulda thought. but like matey said above bricks is such a dodgy way of doing it, why do you think criminals use them, cos they work for five minutes and by then they have fooked off
-
#8get some axle stands or go to a scrappy and get some steelys cheap from them cant imagine they would charge much
-
#9im still pissing myself at munkys photo - what did you type into google to get that LOL!! Anyways in all seriousness I think ill have to try and get some axle stands cuz if not im rather in a pickle just like this silly sausage....
-
#10My car has been on axel stands for a month now. Its fine and sturdy still...
If not get some steelies to sit it on. -
#11lets hops the bricks work!!

-
#12any neighbours/friends/family have any citroens/peugeots/ or fords? borrow some spare steels . or borrow a few scissor jacks
-
#13Fuck that lol. Just go get axle stands! Also, look at that arch rust!
-
#14all options have been exhausted!! this was last chance saloon!! it failed on that arch rust last week!
-
#15
just noticed the rust!
are you splitting the car then? -
#16hi lsofreak, nah mate not splitting it, laying up as putting stokesy's mak fever wheels on it and it needs work - as you pointed out the dreaded arch rust!!
-
#17steels are usually bout £10 a corner cheap and safe axel stands would be just as cheap to buy would hold the weight but it depends where u live what your neighbours are like and how long it will be the last thing u need is a group of dicks pushing it of the stands wouldnt be hard and would put u right up shit creek
-
#18Axle stands are obviously the best thing, but if you see it as a waste of £20.. then a couple of tyres are usually more reliable than bricks.. they will just crumble over time
-
#19dont know where you are dude but i live in darley dale nr matlock in derbyshire if you are close i got some spare steels with tyres on the tyres are not good enough to drive the car on but would be fine to hold the car you can borrow them for a week or so matey1 user thanked this post:

#20thanks v-much vtr matt, my new wheels will be here tomorrow so shudnt be a problem, comes to something dont it when I cant afford to go and grab some axle stands or steelies lol!!
-
#21well i doubt people will hang about your area for long when theres cars sitting on fookin bricks! actually loled to myself when i saw them pics xD good show (im lucky, i work at a garge and theres 6 MOT lifts and 6 two post lifts) xD
-
#22woow mate atleast use the jack points to stand the car on bricks lol just about every bit of lit will tell u not to balance the car on axles or suspension components
-
#23Fuck doing that on the Jack points. Not a massive surface area, will be all the wait concentrated on that point, not to mention you won't be able to put a load of bricks to spread the weight due to the side skirt. I'm opposed to this improvised plan altogether, but if I had too, I would rather do what the OP has done.1 user thanked this post:

#24lol this is true : / i gotta agree though propper trolley jack and axle stands are always the best way
