new saxo help !!!

   i have just got a new saxo, and its a pretty nice one, but i was wondering if somone could help me, the exhurst sound really deap, but the back boxs look standard, its a w Reg 1.1, 5 door so i am not sure if it has had somthing done to it.

   does it have its original air filter? are you putn your foot down in 3rd gear doing 2k revs?
   
   
   it probably just sounds that way or else you have a blow out in the system

   If you have an aftermarket filter/induction kit, this will make it sound deeper. of you do not have any aftermarket gear on your car then you have a hole in your exhaust. To check just your car on idol and then go to the exhaust and run you hand along (not touching) and you might feel a blow then just go to halfords and get some exhaust repair and patch it.

   more than likely your exhaust is blowing. jack it up and start it up then check if its blowing on your hand by the joints on the system, i.e connection from cat to centre pipe...
