Saxo vts oil filter relocation

   Have any of you guys relocated the oil filter on a vts???
   
   Mine sits veryyyy close to my piper manifold.....so im considering moving it to prevent serious problems.
   
   Also it it ok to relocate the filter and run an oil cooler??

   The oil filter is relocated to near the cambelt cover on the one with red cam covers
