IStarting Issue

   I have a 1999 t reg Saxo 1.1
   On starting it has started to really struggle ..turns over and just catches then just dies.
   Once it gets going its fine and restarts ok
   
   Any Ideas

   fuel pump? mine did this in my old 106, wouldnt start over and over again, WHEN it did fire up the the revs dropped down when i lifted my foot off the accelerator and would just die even if i tried putting my foot back down, then when i finally got it going was fine.
