2 Coolant temp switches?

   Alright, brought my car into the garage, put it onto the computer.
   Found the fault code for the coolant temp switch.
   So i ordered one in, fitted it. - The one on the side of the block.
   
   The vehicle is still doing the same thing, but i haven't plugged it back in too see what faults are up. Could I have changed the wrong one?
   
   Whats the one on the radiator?

   It's on a 2000 mk2 saxo 1.4 furio.

   On the thermostat housing there are 2 sensors a green 1(coolant temp sensor)and a blue 1 which sends a pulse to the temperature gauge(for its level)
