taking an alternator to bits

   basically as above i want to know if it can be done? if you can just take them to bits as i want to take all the metal cageing off and get it powdercoated

   I believe you can but not sure with the Saxo one.

   A saxo alternator isnt made by citroen. Majority of cars use bosche or valeo and theyre all pratically the same just different mounting points, amps and voltage regulators etc

   My bad. I know they are similar brands across most cars just didn't know if the Saxo one dismantled easily.
