please help

   hi, i am taking my front bumper off a mrk 2 saxo, and i have all clips in arch lining out and all bolts from the bottom out and behind the arch lining but i have been looking everywhere and i carnt find anyone with the same problem, but under the headlight their is a bracket where the horn connects to and another bracket on the otherside but with no horn on and it has a clip going from the bumper into the metal bracket and i cannot see how to get it off ?? can anyone please help ?,...thanks
