Hey,
One of my mates has just bought a vtr, had it a few weeks and spark plug blew out. They arranged for one of theyre friends to sort it our, but it appears they have used the wrong head.
I went to look at it last night, after being told it was running on 3 cylinders. But what I found was way worse, the head is anything but the right one, as coil pack does not bolt down at all, there's no mounting point for the fuel rail to bolt down, meaning i can actually pull both out of the head!
I'm just wondeeing whether more damage may have been done after this, making it a sensible oprion to do an engine change
We would take it back, but they didn't charge her for doing it, and we know it would cause tension if we did
Any help would be fantastic
Thanks
Ben
