Passenger headrest wont go down or come out

   As title says.. passenger headset wont go down or come out and its pretty annoying tbh.. Any ideas as to what could be causing it? Cheers

   Have you tried calling the AA out?

   I've tried forcing the headrest and that wont work.. so it seems like something inside the seat is fucked

   Mine did this, i shoved a screwdriver down the hole thing & pushed down on it :/
