i recently bought a Phase 1 p reg vtr off ebay with no spark. there is no power going to the coil. on further investigation there used to be a clifford alarm system fitted which looks like it has been hacked out by the previous owner. theyve obviously had a problem then given up. assuming whoever fitted the alarm has spliced it into the original loom somewhere. but goodness knows where. anyone got any good suggestions on where to start with this? or anyone in the south wales area who is likely to be able to sort it out?
