revs drop then back to normal

   Idling problem Saxo Vts
   
   Revs drop and car hunts for about 10seconds. Then revs return to normal.
   
   Drive again, stop, revs drop, car hunts for 10 seconds then revs return to normal and so forth.
   
   I have changed the ICV. What would logically be next?
   
   Diagnostic came back with Lambda but after clearing codes and then trying again lambda was fine.

   You might do worse than to clean the inside of the throttle body with carb cleaner and also the MAF sensor while your at it. Remove and clean TDC sensor on the front of the gearbox. Doing this improved my idle and poor throttle response on my vtr, I know yours is vts but worth doing first.
   
   Also check air filter and look for any damaged pipes that might be leaking air into the manifold hence making the mixture lean.
