Drill it out tis the easiest way.
Its only there to keep the holes in line, the disc is securd by the wheel

drill the head off the bolt, pull the disc over the remaining 'stud', remove the stud with maul grips.... we had to do this on my mates 306.... then we could put new bolts back in

lol, its the first method to use aint it!
Chisel it to get it loose, then just use a flat head screwdriver to undo it the rest of the way.
