New Back Box Dropped Off !!!

   Morning All,
   
   I finally managed to get the rubbish back box and centre pipe off my VTR which had been rattling for months last week and replace it with a replica system from an ebay store which you can see below.

   I've used standard 'C' clamps bought from Citroen to join the centre pipe to the cat and the backbox to the centre pipe also using exhaust putty.
   
   Ran the car for a week and Friday the backbox came off, connected it up again Saturday but the 'C' clamp is a little bit too small and doesnt seal the joint fully.
   
   Is there a bigger size clamp I can get which will do a better job ?

   Try the local motor factors, should cost about 3/4 quid

   I too bought an new exhaust recently from the internet. Clamp connecting back box didn't tighten up enough. Why can't these retailers get it right. You always need a motor factors when they are closed!!!
