how to clean fuel injectors????

   I took mine out, soaked them in thinners and blew them out with an air gun. Seemed to do the trick. But you need to changed your feul filter if your going to do that or else they will be dirty again with in a day

   Pull them out and send them to injectortune. I rang my car for two years on v-power (with it's so called fuel system detergents) and despite that the injectors were only running about 87% of max iirc. You could go DIY as above but really ultrasonically cleaning is the only thorough way of dealing with clogged injectors.

   Isnt there stuff you can buy in halfords that you mix with your fuel to clean them?

   Wouldn't bother with the one shot cleaner stuff or injector cleaner, I've used it on couple of my cars and doesn't seem to make a blind bit of difference. Whip em out and get them cleaned properly.

   its £12.50 for each injector plus £3 to send them back to you, well worth it considering the price of new ones, gonna send mine next week.

    +1 for injectortune, they did my 172 injectors that are on my car and when i got them they were supposed t be new turns out they were running around 68-70%
