Saxo fan (converting to a manual switch )

    To cut along story short i am wanting to wire the fan to a manual switch that i will place on the dash.

    any one no how this can be done? or a quick explanation would be great cheerrrs!

    cut the wires and put the earth on the - side of the battery or somewhere on the car to earth it then get the live wire to the switch on one terminal and then get some spare wire and put it on the other terminal and with the same wire ( spare wire you put to the other terminal) put it to the battery and then press the switch

    wouldent it be easier to change the switch on the cooling system that triggers the fan at high temperatures?

    Why dont u just get twin fans ? Wire 1 up to a switch and the other to the loom ?

    The post telling you how to wire it dosent have an inline fuse in anyway which is wrong.

    Ive made a thread on a wiring twin fans to a switch, same applies.
