blowing

   ok doing my head in now so gonna ask on here-
   
   slowing sorting wiring out under dash and removing all the prev owners crap and cut ins and extra unused wires leading nowhere. got everything working apart from horn and cig lighter.
   can't find any wiring for the horn so i'm assuming prev owner removed it for some reason????
   but when i wire up the cig lighter it just blows a fuse like instantly why??????

   just change the lighter,its shorting out

   its had 3 different lighters
