I did the 12mm bolt up so I could still turn the mount, test fitted it to the car to get the mount at the right angle, then removed and tightened the bolt up as much as I could. Used a torque wrench, but couldn't get anywhere near 85nm, even with someone else holding the mount still. Use a 1/2" ratchet and do it up as tight as you can - will be fine.
The nyloc nut should be on the top of mount, but doubt it makes any difference.
I don't know if this is just me, but has anyone else noticed the engine is angled more towards the bulkhead with this mount fitted? I did as the instructions suggested - removed the two upper gearbox mount and engine mount bolts and rocked the engine back and forth, but this doesn't seem to alter the angle.
It's not really a problem, just means I need to adjust my exhaust as it now bangs against one of the gear linkages over harsh bumps.
