   i thought since i had laquer peel on my roof pretty bad and am attending FCS i wanted to get my roof resprayed or vinyled ready for FCS however couldnt find anyone to do either one of them so i decided to rub my roof down and spray it myself but aint come out the best like its better than laquer peel by miles but obv dont look like a provesional job unfortuently :/
   pretty gutted just wanted it looking good for FCS :/

   shame. did you give it a quick sand between coats to reduce orangepeel? let it dry properly? all the prep sorted?

   What colour did you paint it?
   
   I may have a quick fix idea, cheap, and will look good for FCS

   painted it white
   and yeah sanded between coats like
   let dry properly and also sanded down best i could but i think it was the sanding that let it down :/
   dont want people taking the piss outta it tho :/

   Considered painting it black for fcs? just as a quick/temp/or perm fix if you like it? lol
   
   basically all you need is to sand the roof down, buy a tin of matt/satin/gloss black paint from wilko's!
   could even go for chalkboard if you wanted! then you could draw on it
   
   Roller it on, dont need to lacquer it, job done, nice and smooth, Sorted.
