Speedo Surround Thingy

   How do you get the bit off thats above the steering wheel, that surrounds the speedo and all that? I just want the bit off thats in front of the clear plastic protectin the speedo, so i can spray it. Theres 2 screws i can see, but are there ne other hidden 1s?
