power steering simple fix on a mk2 vtr

   just for everyone out there i made a post that my power steering wernt working, well ive fixed it without buying a new pump, all you have to do is give it a few taps with a hammer as the brushes get stuck inside and stop it working so tapping it just free's them off.
   
   as i was months without power steering i was told what to do and now its been months since i done it and its still working fine.

   This will work but as the brushes are worn and not making good contact with the commutator it will fail again soon. Good tip to get you out of trouble until you can get a new pump.
