Lowering!!

   I need to lower my car
   
   Ive got 15" 8j wheels and want to lower the car. what setup do you think i should have, what brand etc. The car needs to be stiff.
   
   also im getting stretched tyres what size you think i should get 185's?

   Not being funny mate, but 2 things,
   
   There is a section for suspension and tyres
   And you waited like 10 mins to bump the thread
