if you dont know how to do it leave it, trust me. i did mine and it was a pain in the arse to say the least, You will need to use a lift as well so if you haven't got access to one dont even bother trying really.

Im sure someone will know somewere/someone who can do it for you.

loads of guides tbh looks pretty easy but its long winded....takes time to get the bar out..

Dont need a ramp axel stands and a jack shall do...also look at the suzuki tuning guide and there is another guide on sax-p which is pretty good shall have a look.

Please do not try it yourself, because you clearly have no idea how to do it yourself. Get it done by a professional.

please don't mention notches, its the gashest way of lowering a saxo, even worse then chucking paving slabs in the boot. notches=bye bye beam

How else do you lower the back end??? Never done a t bar :/ always had vw's lol
  28. #28
take the torsion bars completely out and turn then raise the trailing arm, notch method puts excess strain on everything and pre-loads the bars so the ride is awful. theres guides on here or pay us to do it properly, just down the m1 from chesterfield

Ahhhh really how much do you charge??

Hi new on here so not really sure where to ask so this seems a good place. I have tried lowering my vtr rear but broke the slide hammer thread and managed to shear off 3 bolts trying the jack and shock method. I have used loads of WD40. What other ideas can i do at home? i would heat it with some oxyacetylene however that could cause damage to bearings? also close to fuel tank and brake lines. People have said that they hit the bar out with a sledge hammer however to me there seems no way of getting a bar in there as the suspension arm blocks access to the end of the bar you need to hit. Anyone have any advice ideas or pictures?
