Air horns lol

   Just out of interest, are air horns illegal? I got told they are but I've never heard that...

   They sell em in Halfords so don't think they'd be illegal. Me and 2 mates have had em installed for a while and not had any problems, just keep your main horn active and don't go beeping police cars.

   ive heard this as well but not sure if its the one that make stupid noises that are illegal mines had two mots with them on and passed

   The ones I've got connect to the main horn, is that still okay? They're not the ones that play a tune, just normal air horns.
   
   2 wires to where the horn connects and 2 to the earthing

   yeah there fine aslong as there monotone, mine went through an mot, so a dixie horn is illegal.
   
   great fun though. ive got an extra loud 'AWOOOGAA' horn wired to a separate button for when we drive past a group of gals lol

   They're Fine as long as they play a solidsingle or double note...if they are intermittent (like play seperate notes or several beeps within one press) they are illegal...for example you can'tg et a siren as it's intermittent...if it provides a single blast it'll do the MOT fine
