I've an saxo 1.1 1997 with a problem.
When i start the car it revs at 1300. It runs well but after a few minutes driving it drops till 700. Especially when i put on my lights and other electrical things this 700 is too low. After 15 minutes or so engine runs better around 1000.
Every time i put on my heater at 3 (could or warm engine) it really ask too much and then engine revving too low (700).
I changed the thermostat and cleaned the icv.
What else could be the problem??
