Which De-compression plate and gasket?

   Which de-compression plate and gasket would be ideal for use with a turbo running at about 10-12 psi? Also what sealent would you reccommend between the plate and head?

   ring ferriday engineering and get a citroen/pug or gmc gasket, im runig 2ml decomp on my vtr @10psi, going up to 15psi once ive got all little bits sorted
   
   also running a gmc 1.9mm h/g, but my head is pretty well skimmed, we worked it out to be mid 8's for compression

   Ring ferriday they will work it all out for you but based on standard measurements, skimming will affect it
   
   Ferriday will provide the sealant
