    lowered the rear on my saxo this weekend. for some reason every post i read said there a pain in the arse. mine came out with 2 swings of a hammer and poped straight out

    and some are harder than others .

    ive done 5 now and only the 306 was hard :/ but then again i made sure they were all laced in wd40 weeks before

    my mate said mine was maybe the easiest he had done. we were all surprised because my car sat in the drive static for 3 years

    no didnt do notch way, measure distance, remove torsion bar set distance . replace torsion bar simple
