Help!?

   Okay I have a bit of a problem with my saxo
   
   When I start it up the windows do not work and the indicators do not work either. But after about 5 mins the battery light comes on and the windows work but when I try to use the indicators there is a buzzing noise coming from where the fuse box is under the glove compartment.
   
   Anyone any ideas on what this could be?

   could be the relay mate

   Yeah it is mate, took the relay out and tried the indicators and there was no buzzing noise.
   
   would it just be a case of getting a new one?
