Best place to buy oem springs/retainers/followers

   I'm fitting new cams and i cant really find anywhere to buy springs/retainers/followers
   
   also im not an expert on the subject so would you say all these need to be repalced? and is there anything else i should buy when fitting cams?

   ive just read ph3's use standard valve springs, now would this means i can use mine or is it best to buy new ones? would i be taking risks to use my original springs?
   
   just thinking is it only followers that are essential to change?

   Would aleast get new followers, springs should be ok depending on the milage of the engine.
   
   Can get the ones Newman sell, they are the same A's citreon will sell you.

   oh ok so just new followers? Obviously its getting a new cambelt kit and water pump anything else i should buy? Instant gasket im guessing would be needed?
