handbrake feels like its going to be pull out the floor

   alreet,
   has anyone had a problem with the handbrake lever, mine has got side movement and when i pull it on it feels like its going to come out the floor
   
   i have checked the bolts and they are tight, could it be the floor cracked before i take the interior out

   one of my bolts ripped out of the floor so just welded it and it works fine lol
