whats the deal with vts dash

    how comes the dash on the vts is so weird like you dont have a glove box and whats the bit that sits on top of the dash above where the glovebox is ment to be?

    also ive seen some with the alarm pin infront of the gearstick, can anyone tell me some information on that bit of kit e.g could you put it in a vtr or a 1litre or is there anypoint in having it etc

    VTS has passenger airbag where the glove box is on other models.

    The lid on top is a very small glove box!

    The alarm pin is to de-activate the immobiliser on early saxo's.

    oh! thats what that little dashboard thing is aha and so say i wanted the pin things would i be able to purchase one and fit it to another model like one that didnt come with one? presume id have to have the loom etc

    Not clued up on the wiring but don't see why it can't be done.

    Tbh though mate why would you want it? Old technology!

    because i hate buggers getting in my car with the keys at a cruise and being able to turn it on and i think its pretty cool you have to put a code in aha
