will mk1 hubs/struts fit a mk2 vtr?

#2yes but the wheel bearings could be different... the later ones generally had tapered shafts.
i take it also you mean mk1 saxo as opposed to mk1 106? the mk1 and 2 saxos are inherantly the same but mk1 and 2 106s are different in the drop link mounts...... -

thanks. ye i meant saxo...how would i go about making a mk1 vtr hub fit a mk 2? is it worth it or should i keep looking for a mk2 for a straight swap?

#4well you might not have to do anything if the wheel bearings are the same, but presumably if not then youd need the correct later type bearings pressed in, thats presuming you have the tapered shafts, after all they are french!

#5ye, i think the mk 1 has flat shafts and the mk 2 tapered. can warrant spending another 60 quid on new bearings on top of the struts and hubs. will have to look for a mk 2 vtr all over again lol thanks for your help pal
